I have been crazy busy this fall with family sessions. Here is a little sneak peek of some of the precious little smiles I captured.

*Note: The last three are mine which, I am so excited to say, cooperated for me. (This is rare!)

Patrick and Melinda Godwin: Married

I had such a great time shooting Patrick and Melinda’s wedding for several reasons. First, Patrick’s mom is one of my very good friends. (and I’m quite fond of Patrick and Melinda too. And second, they were married at City View which is the event venue I am co-manager of. Let’s not fail to mention that the bridal party was SO much fun as you can tell by the pictures.

Ryan and Caren DeJarnette: Married

Ryan and Caren were married in South Boston on a gorgeous fall day in October. Their reception was held at the Barn at Cloverdale which is an absolutely spectacular venue.

Tony & Teal Iovinetti: Married

I was so excited about this wedding for three reasons. First, I have known Tony for many years and Teal is just plain fabulous! Second, I was their photographer. And, third, their reception was at City View. Here are a few of my favorites.

Kevin and Lindsay Demshar: Married

There are so many things I loved about Kevin and Lindsay’s wedding. But the one thing that was so apparent was that this couple is so stinin’ cute and so in love.

Thomas and Christen Rhodes: Married

Who would have thought it would have been 47 degrees on October 1. Thomas and Christen did not let that put a damper on their beautiful fall wedding at the Trivium Estate in Goode.

Christen Colburn Rhodes: Bridals

Patrick & Melinda: Engaged

I was so excited to hear about Patrick and Melinda’s ideas for their engagement session. In fact, Patrick emailed me some images he found online of exactly what he wanted. Needless to say, they were the perfect models and we captured just about every concept they wanted.

Lindsay Bomar: Bridals

Here is a more serious side of Lindsay. We headed out all over Lynchburg for her bridal session.

With Lindsay’s father being a retired firefighter, it warrented a stop by Station 2.

Kevin & Lindsay: Engaged

Can I just tell you how much we love Lindsay? She laughs! She laughs a lot! And, she made this session so natural and fun. We headed up to the beautiful Trivium Estate for Kevin and Lindsay’s engagement session.
